ADR Congratulates Paul Taylor on Achieving Chartered Manager with Fellowship status
ADR would like to congratulate Paul Taylor (CEng FIMechE, CMgr FCMI) on achieving Chartered Manager with Fellowship status with the Chartered Management Institute (CMI). Becoming a Chartered Manager with Fellowship is recognition that you're a professional manager working in a senior role with significant autonomy and responsibility. It is the highest level of professional membership for managers and demonstrates the wealth of experience, commitment and contribution Paul has to management.
ADR acknowledges another significant milestone in Paul’s professional career and development by gaining both Chartership and Fellowship with the CMI, and recognises the decade long contribution he has made to the engineering and management profession required to recieve this recognition.
Paul (CEng FIMechE, CMgr FCMI) comments....
“Having my skills and experience recognised is very import in supporting my career progression towards new challenges and responsibilities. Gaining this recognition acknowledges the +10 years’ experience I have gained working in a senior management role, and the application of the skills taught to me to be an effective manager and leader. Chartered Manager is the highest status that can be achieved in the management and leadership profession and shows that I am more than an average leader, with exceptional managerial and leadership skills, with a commitment to Continuing Professional Development (CPD). Having received my Fellowship in conjunction with my Chartership demonstrates my performance as a manager and underpins my commitment to learning new skills and knowledge to provide the very best performance I can offer”.
