“Including Process Simulate into our portfolio of skills keeps ADR at the forefront of manufacturing techniques used within the industrial robotics sector. With the market moving ever more closer to virtual programming and commissioning the need for offline services is becoming greater and far more demanding. ADR constantly keeps skills, knowledge and techniques on the leading edge to support our customers in provide a world class service“.
Process Simulate is a design and validation solution for automation manufactures with time-to-market and asset optimisation challenges. With manufacturing engineering teams expected to deliver flawless product launches while achieving costs, quality and production launch challenges a need to utilise organisational knowledge and 3D modelling of product designs and manufacturing resources is required. Process Simulate offers virtual validation of manufacturing processes prior to the start of production. This software allows for offline programming of multiple automation processes and robotic systems within a single virtual station. Robotic programs from various preferred OEMs which include logic programming as well as path coding can be generated within the Process Simulate environment allowing for simulation and commissioning of complete production systems and its software. PLCs, HMIs, gate access panels and even light guards can be simulated to give an impressive and comprehensive validation and commissioning process. This validation process remains congruent from early in the product development process, throughout the lifecycle of the product and new product introductions.
